This class is the core of all programming at CrossFit Colossus. Each CrossFit class starts with a warm-up and demonstration of movements. Following this is where you will complete the ‘Workout Of The Day’ (WOD). We encourage all athletes (beginners and experienced) to make the daily WOD the basis of their training.

      • Fully coached 1 hour class
      • Great for beginners wanting to try CrossFit for the first time
      • Scaling options are always provided
      • Child minding is available on Monday, Wednesday & Friday’s at 9:30am classes only. We ask that you make other arrangements for your kids for all other classes as we can not take responsibility for them



This 30 minute session will run 5 times per week every week night from 5:15pm – 5:45pm. The aim of the session is to offer conditioning based workouts for those members who are time poor or just want to get in…bust out a good sweat…and then get out. You will be able to find the simple but effective workouts via our Additional Blog Here. These classes are free to members and will have a coach present.

  • If you are a current member and would like to bring a friend along all they will need to do is pay $10 for the session. It will be a good way for them to be introduced to CrossFit whilst training with people they know
  • Classes are briefed, have a warm-up and are designed to be flexible
  • 10 session passes can be purchased for these classes

The lifting class is on every Thursday at 5:45pm. We encourage beginners and advanced lifters to try these classes as they are great for developing speed, balance and accuracy. You will probably find that as your lifting improves everything else ‘CrossFit’ also improves.

  • Heavy focus on the teaching and technique of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk
  • Fully coached 1-hour class
  • 10 session passes can be purchased and used for these classes


Do you have a specific goal that you are training for? Does it require you to step away from CrossFit and be trained specifically for a sport or event that is coming up? Do you want to lose weight? Or do you want to get better at CrossFit movements like Pull-ups, Muscle-ups, Snatches?

This is where 1-on-1 personal training can benefit you. We arrange a session that falls outside of class hours and we take the time to help improve your weaknesses. It may not happen over night, but if you can be given the right tips and knowledge you could be well on your way to becoming a much stronger and well rounded individual.
